Prestigious and dominant building from the 1400s totally restored

Valdidentro, under the Fraele Towers dating back to the early Middle Ages which were built for sighting purposes and which became strategically important in the centuries in which Valtellina was at the center of the interests of the great powers who wanted to secure an important transit route between the north and Southern Europe, in a dominant position, we offer an entire building built in 1400 and totally restored in 2006. The property, measuring a total of 450 m2, with surrounding land owned, is distributed over three floors with garage and various ancillary spaces. The basement floor is made up of large vaulted rooms which have been renovated but kept as much as possible in their original state and which are suitable for the most varied uses such as a tavern, wellness space, etc. The main floor of the house offers a full-height living area with exposed wooden trusses separated from the comfortable and large kitchen by exposed stone pillars that support a mezzanine made of ancient wooden beams. The large fireplace in the living room dates back to 1400 and was recovered from a historic Valtellina house.
