Hut at 2000 m above sea level with breathtaking views

Valdidentro, on the right orographic side of the valley, at 2000 m above sea level in front of the Torri di Fraele in the Le Pone area, we offer for sale a typical Valtellinese-style mountain hut. The property of about 80 square meters with appurtenant land, is composed of a living area on the ground floor equipped with kitchen and sleeping area and a storage room in the basement that can be recovered for residential purposes. Outside the hut there is a flat land equipped with a barbecue area and table for convivial lunches with friends. The hut, renovated in 2009, is equipped with running water (the house is connected to a nearby spring) and electricity produced through the use of photovoltaic panels. The view of the valley is priceless and simply breathtaking. The property can of course only be reached in the summer and you need to be equipped with an adequate vehicle such as a 4×4 panda or small off-road vehicle.
